Menar 65
The building, which was designed on a 365 m2 land area in Avcılar region, includes 13 residences and two commercial units. The building block has regular zoning features. Despite this limiting data, it is aimed to create a strong mass reflecting the corner building quality. The building includes units of different scales (2+1,3+1, duplexes). It is located in a very dispersed environment in terms of construction. Bricks were used both on the floors and on the façade in order to tidy up all this clutter and to display a strong stance. This choice neither ensured that the mass remained unfamiliar within the surrounding structures nor prevented it from disappearing.
