The building, which was built in the Develi district of Kayseri, has a construction area of ​​approximately 3,300 m2. There are 6 office spaces on normal floors. By taking the core into a corner, these spaces have been provided with the opportunity to grow. With the balconies left in front of the offices, both the mechanical needs of the spaces are solved and the users are offered open space. The rise of the colonnade system forming the balconies without dividing it horizontally is a reference to Mount Erciyes in the background. The brick facade cladding used contributes to this strong stance of the building.
